MANGOAL dash cams are only compatible with specific vehicle models, and the wrong model cannot be fitted. It does not support adding a rear camera separately if the customer already has a single front camera, as the PCB boards are different.

The camera's WiFi is not remote, so customers cannot connect to it remotely. They can, however, download important clips to their phones while in the car with the engine running if needed.

The image quality of the app preview interface is specially compressed for a smooth app experience. Customers should click on the "Camera File" in the app to view the original AHD quality video.

The dash cam features a sound recording function that can be turned on or off through the MANGOAL app setting. The setting functions of traditional cameras are available through the SkyCamm app.

The MANGOAL OEM style dash cam comes with a 128GB MicroSD card and supports up to 256GB. However, 4K HD has higher requirements for memory cards and requires U3 C10 grade genuine memory cards.

The phone cannot be connected to CarPlay and dash cam WiFi simultaneously, but the camera records automatically when the car starts, so there is no need to keep it connected to the camera all the time.
